I love the original soap opera Dark Shadows, and I rather enjoyed Tim Burton's movie. And I think one of my favorite characters is Carolyn Stoddard. In the movie, she's really spunky and cutting-edge (not too different from the original soap). Here's my homage to this amazing character.
